As part of the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices, we have devised an annual training calendar covering all major areas of activities, which also uses a variety of audiovisual tools.
Allergen control:
There are allergens managed on site such as wheat, mustard, sesame seeds and celery seeds. However, procedures are in place to eliminate risks. There are dedicated storage areas for allergens on site.
