Seed cleaning line

Multivision Sortex A+, the world's most advanced optical sorter. This Bühler line uses Sifter's, De-stoner, Spirals, Indent Cylinders and Gravity Table.

Allows us to easily clean to 99.5% purity or higher. Quality control signs each individual pallet ensuring a perfect product during each run.

Roasting line

No India blend is perfect without the special roasted flavor. The degree of roasting is critical to ensure that we get the perfect flavor and aroma.

E1C Chili aflatoxin sorter. (Bühler prototype): infrared imaging to remove additives such as molds and liver-damaging toxins.
SWIR (shortwave infrared) InGaAs technology, custom-designed bichromatic cameras, together with profile (shape) technology improve defect detection.

Grinding line for spices and botanicals

This line also has a vacuum and cleaning equipment before the chili peppers and spice seeds are crushed, according to the sizes required by the customers.

This line is used for T Cuts by suppliers of botanical, nutraceutical or active ingredients to the pharmaceutical industry.
